摘 要:目的 制备奥昔布宁凝胶剂,建立其质量标准,评价其稳定性。方法 以Azone为促透剂,HPMC为凝胶基质,正交法设计处方,紫外分光光度法测定奥昔布宁含量。结果 高温、高湿条件下,凝胶剂外观、含量未发生明显改变。奥昔布宁在 10~ 2 0 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r =0 9995)。结论 奥昔布宁凝胶剂制备工艺稳定,质量可控,具有良好应用前景。Objective Oxybutynin transcutaneous gel was prepared and its physicochemical properties were studied. Method Azone was used as promoted agent and HPMC as base for oxybutynin gel. The content of gel was determined by spectrophotography method. Results The assay method has a good linearity(r=0.9995)in the range of 10~200μg·ml -1, the mean recovery rate was 98.18%±1.108%.The content of gel have no significant change at high temperature and at relative humidity of 75% and 92.5%.Conclusion Oxybutynin transcutaneous gel was stable, with well physicochemical properties and fine prospect for use.
