摘　　要：目的:通过复方醋酸氯己定乳膏对动物阴道炎病变体征的影响,观察其抗真菌感染的作用,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法　以连续划线法接种白色念珠菌制作大白兔阴道炎病理模型,以洁尔阴为阳性对照,通过阴道分泌物检查和阴道组织的病理学检验,观察其抗真菌感染作用。结果　通过对模型兔阴道分泌物的检查和病理学检验发现,用药后阴道炎性细胞浸润、充血、水肿、糜烂等症状显著减轻及渐痊愈。结论　复方醋酸氯己定乳膏能使模型兔阴道炎性细胞浸润、充血、水肿、糜烂等症状显著减轻及逐渐痊愈。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound chlorhexidine acetate cream to fungous infections by observing its influences to rabbit colpitis.Methods Generating colpitis model on rabbit with Candida albicans by continual linedraw method,with Jie eryin as reference,make vaginal secretions check and pathological testof vaginal tissues.Results After medication with cream,the sympatoms of inflammatory cell infiltrate,congestion,dropry and anabrosis in vagihal tissueswere significantly relieved and gradually healed.Conclusion Compound chlorhexidine acetate can relieve and gradually heal rabbit model’inflammatory cell infiltrate,congestion,dropry and anabrosis in vaginal tissues.
