高血压病患者左室肥厚早期的心电图与超声心动图对比研究

摘　　要：本文对109例患轻中度高血压患者和43例正常人同时作了2ED 和 ECG 检查,比较分析显示:在高血压患者中,2ED 发现有左室肥厚者可达42%,而 ECG 仅发现7.3%。在正常人中,2ED 均无左室肥厚证据,但 ECG 显示2例(4.65%)有左室高电压,提示左室肥大。因此,2ED 在探测左室肥厚中较 ECG 敏感而特异。One hundred and nine patients with mild to moderate hypertension and 43 normal subjects (NS) were studied with 2D echocardiography(2DE) and electrocardiography (ECG).Of those patients with hypertension,only 7.3% had ECG eviderce of left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH),while 42% had LVH by 2DE criteria.None of the normals had evidence of LVH by 2DE,but two(4.65%) showed high voltage of left ventricle in ECG,suggesting LVH.It is concluded that the 2DE is much more sensitive and specific in detection of LVH.
