化瘀消痰饮防治大鼠高脂饮食性脂肪肝的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药化瘀消痰饮对高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠血清和肝脏脂质含量的影响。方法 :采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制高脂血症性脂肪肝模型 ,实验分组为模型组、化瘀消痰饮高剂量组、化瘀消痰饮低剂量组、东宝肝泰对照组和正常对照组。以高、低剂量化瘀消痰饮和东宝肝泰进行干预 ,检测各组大鼠血清和肝脏脂质的含量。结果 :化瘀消痰饮能明显降低模型大鼠血清和肝脏组织中总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)的含量 ,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL -C)的含量。结论 :化瘀消痰饮能有效的防治高脂血症性脂肪肝。Objective: To observe the effect of HuaYuXiaoTanYin on the content of lipid in serum and liver of fatty liver rats with hyperlipemla.Method: We duplicated the animal model with high fat diet ,divided the groups into model group ,high dose group ,low dose group ,DongBaoGanTai (DBGT) group as well as control group and normal control group at random. Each treatment group was intervened by its own medicine ,then tested the content of blood lipids and hepatic lipid of each group.Result: The HuaYuXiaoTanYin can remarkably decrease the content of total cholesterin(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterin(LDL-C) and increase the content of high density lipoprotein-cholestrin(HDL-c) in the serum and liver of the model rats. Conclusion: HuaYuXiaoTanYin can effectively treat hyperlipidemia fatty liver in rats.
