摘　　要：　数字参考咨询服务与传统的参考咨询服务相比,其服务模式和方法等都有了深刻的变化。文章提出了数字参考咨询服务的三大类服务形式:异步服务、实时数字参考咨询服务以及合作化数字参考服务,探讨了数字参考咨询系统中咨询、标准化、协作、人才等问题。Compared to the traditional reference service,the model and methods of RDS have changed profoundly.This paper proposed three types of serivce forms such as asynchronous,live DRS and CDRS.This paper discussed some problems such as resource standardization,cooperation and talented persons in the system of DRS.
