摘　　要：对75例 MI 患者行左室和冠脉造影研究,MI 后病理性 Q 波消退(10例),提示 MI减小和左室功能改善与冠脉再通或侧支循环形成提供梗塞区前向或逆向血供有关。The Q deflection were disappeared in 10 of 75 cases of transmural myocardial infarction.Left ventriculography and coronary arteriography were per- formed in all of them.The results suggested that disappearance of Q deflection fol- lowing transmural myocardial infarction represents reduction of infarct sige and improvement of left ventricular function.These are correlated with reopening of the occluded coronary artery and formation of collateral circulation.
