摘　　要：新时期党际关系理论是中国共产党总结建国以来党际交往中的经验和教训,求真务实,由仅仅处理中共同各国共产党关系的理论发展为处理同世界各国政党之间关系的理论,明显体现了经验性、时代性、独创性和动态有效性等四个方面的特征。The theory on the relationship among parties in new era is the theory that the communist party of China concludes the lessons and experiences in the communication among parties since the foundation of the people's republic of China to adjust past policy to improve the relationship of parties according to the changes of times.
