摘  要:本文测定了12例 Dp 中毒和18例非中毒的心衰病人的 Ke、Nae、Mge 与 Ki、Nai、Mgi值和血浆 Dp 浓度。结果:中毒组 Nai、Nai/Ki 比值显著高于非中毒,而 Ki 和 Mgi 则显著降低,两组之间儿乎没有重叠。中毒组平均 Dp 浓度虽显著高于非中毒,但两组病人之间存在有明显交叉重叠。中毒组 Dp 浓度、Nai 和 Naj/Ki 比值敏感性分别为41.7%、100%和100%。阳性预测值分别为62.5%100%和192.3%。提示:Nai 和 Nai/Ki 比值可以鉴别中毒与非中毒病人,而 Dp 浓度则价值不大。Plasma digoxin(Dp),intraerythrocytic potassium(Ki),sodium(Nai)and magn- esium(Mgi)concentrations were determined in 12 digoxin toxic and 18 non-toxic heart failure patients.The results showed that digoxin toxic group was associated with significantly elevated Nai,Nai/Ki and reduced Ki,Mgi compared to non-toxic group,there was very little overlap between this two groups.Mean Dp concentration in toxic group significantly raised compared to non-toxic group,but the overlap between two groups was markedly.The sensitivities of Dp, Nai and Nai/Ki determinations in toxic group were 41.7%,100% and 100%,respectively.The positive predictive values were 62.5% for Dp,100% for Nai and 92.3% for Nai/Ki.The results suggest that Dp concentration measurements is unsensitive in the diagnosis of digoxin intoxication.
