摘  要:利用低温等离子体对棉织物、涤棉织物表面进行改性,测试改性前后棉织物、涤棉织物表面的毛细效应,分析其毛细效应的变化程度和趋势.研究不同工作气体等离子体处理下处理时间对表面改性的影响以及改性后毛细效应的时效性.实验结果表明,棉织物、涤棉经空气、氧气、氮气、氩气等离子体处理后,其表面毛细效应会随着处理时间的延长而增强,4min后毛细效应增强的趋势减弱.同时,这些改性后的亲水性能会随着放置时间的延长,有逐渐退化的趋势,由于工作气体不同,其毛细效应随处理时间和放置时间的变化程度也不尽相同.The article discusses the surface modification of cotton and polyester fabric with low-temperature plasma, surveys the changes and compares the modified degree of their wettability. The effect of treatment time on the surface modification and its ageing were studied through the measurements of capillary effect. It is shown from the experimental results that the wicking effect is increased and the surface energy is improved significantly after the atmosphere low-temperature, oxygen low-temperature, nitrogen low-temperature, Ar low-temperature treatment. The more the treat time is, the greater the wettability is enhanced, and the increasing tendency would be weak while them have been treated over 4 min. But those good properties will partly decay with the delay of lay-aside time, and the wicking effect would be various while the working atmosphere is changed.
