广东省经济发达地区业余体校教练员现状研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、访问调查和逻辑分析方法,对广东省经济发达地区业余体校教练员现状进行研究。研究表明,广东省经济发达地区业余体校教练员整体水平较高,有较强的敬业精神、组织管理能力、创新与超前意识和掌握信息的能力,但应进一步加强教练员的培训与进修。By using the method of documentary, questionnaire, investigation and logical analysis, this paper carries on a research on the coaches in sparetime sports school in Guangdong province. The result shows that: the whole level of these coaches is higher than other areas. They have much more professional dedication, management ability, innovative & superior consciousness and ability to grasp information. At the same time, training and further studies are necessary for these coaches.
