摘　　要：本文报告13例无明显器质性心脏病、心电图示 QRS 时限≤0.12秒、呈右束支阻滞伴电轴左偏图形的反复发作持续性 VT 患者。多数病人的心动过速静脉注射异搏定和心律平中止发作,而对利多卡因静脉注射反应差。并就此类心律失常的发生机理和处理作简要讨论。13 patients with recurrent sustained ventricular tachycardia and no demon- strable heart disease exhibiting a pattern of right bundle branch block with left axis diviation,QRS complex wave duration ≤0.12 second during tachycardia were reported. The tachycardia in the majarity of these patients could be terminated by intravenous vera- mapmil,Calcium antagonists and propafenone,but the response to intravenous lidocalne was poor.The mechanism and treatment on the specific types of ventricular tachycardia were discussed in brief.
