摘　　要：中国高等教育文献保障体系是我国高等教育“2 1 1”工程总体建设计划中的公共服务体系之一。CALIS的实施将从多方面对普通高校图书馆产生积极影响 ,从而促进了全国高等教育文献保障体系的形成。文章从CALIS的基本建设内容以及其对图书馆的影响进行论述 ,旨在给人们以更多启示。The storing system of documents of China’s higher education is one of public service systems in the general constructing plan of “211”project. The implement of CALIS will cause positive influence on college libraries from many aspects,which accelerate the document keeping system. In this essay,the basic content of the construction and its influence on libraries are discussed to enlighten more people.
