疯牛病、禽流感与肉食产品的安全性

摘　　要：目前疯牛病、禽流感等动物传染病传染给人类的事例 ,引起了人们对肉食产品安全性的高度关注。文章通过对疯牛病、禽流感的发病机理、传染途径进行分析 ,并辨别什么是安全的肉食品 ,从而达到保护食物链、防止肉食产品中的危险物对人类身体健康的损害。The case,that the mad bull disease and bird flu infected human,caused people’s attention to the reliability of meat. In this paper,by analyzing the pathology and process of the BSE and bird flu viruses infecting humans,we try to identify some effective treatments to prevent the spread of the disease,and to secure human against the infection.
