摘 要:对猪乳中一组高分子量多态性蛋白质(HMWP)的特异性、分泌特征和来源进行了鉴定和分析。结果显示,HMWP可能是猪乳中特有的乳蛋白。在泌乳1~20d阶段,HMWP的浓度和在乳蛋白中的百分比在泌乳第1天最低,1周内呈上升趋势,但在泌乳第7~20天变化不大。HMWP与提取的乳脂肪球膜结合蛋白(MFGMP)进行电泳比较,提示该蛋白是分泌型蛋白质。Western blotting等检测,显示HMWP是非血源型的,可能是在乳腺细胞中合成并分泌进入乳中的。The polymorphic high molecular weight protein (HMWP) of sow milk was determined in specificity, secretary characteristics and origin. From comparing sow milk with human, cattle, goat and rabbit milk by SDS-PAGE, it was presumed that HMWP might exist only in sow milk. By SDS-PAGE and analytical software of computer, HMWP concentrations in sow milk and proportion in total milk proteins were the lowest in lactation 1 d after parturition, rose significantly during lactation 1~7 d, then presented relatively stable during lactation 7~20 d. Compared with milk fat globule membrane protein (MFGMP) isolated from the sow milk, HMWP was supposed to be secretary protein. By Western blotting and other methods, HMWP was deduced to be synthesized in mammary cells and secreted into milk..
