摘 要:对 2年生盆栽仁用杏嫁接苗喷施 10 0mg/L和 5 0 0mg/L甜菜碱 ,结果表明 ,在水分胁迫下 ,叶面喷施外源甜菜碱对胁迫过程中仁用杏叶片中脯氨酸和可溶性糖积累效果不显著 ,但可以不同程度的提高仁用杏叶片SOD活性 ,减少超氧阴离子的积累 ,减轻氧自由基对细胞质膜的伤害 ,并降低了MDA的含量 ,提高仁用杏的抗旱性。The effects of exogenous betaine on some physiological index of drought resistance of Apricot which were brought up in pots were studied. The results indicated that with decreasing soil moisture, exogenous betaine sprayed on leaves of apricot was not able to improve proline and carbohydrate content, but it was able to increase SOD activity of apricot leaves, decrease O~ 2 and MDA content of apricot leaves, and reduce membrane damage under water stress .And a Iow concentration(100 mg/L) exogenous betaine has better effect than high concentration(500mg/L) one.
