摘　　要：　西部民族地区民营经济的发展对西部大开发有着十分重要的作用,应予以高度重视,积极引导,并制订具体措施,一一落实,努力创造条件促进其发展。We must think highly of the importance of the development of private economy in western ethnic districts to Western Development.We must positively guide the development of private economy,make concrete measurements and practices,and do our best to create conditions to prompt the economic development.
