摘  要:设施栽培中CO2普遍亏缺,对云南设施内变化监测表明,最高浓度可达414μL/L,最低为240μL/L,与外界差异显著。对西芹增施不同浓度的CO2后,在浓度为1200μL/L时,西芹的株高、茎粗、产量、效益分别比CK增加14.1%、12.9%、35.9%、35.4%,西芹的可溶性糖增加12.0%,粗纤维降低8.3%。CO2对西芹的相关性分析表明,CO2对西芹的单株重、产量影响最显著,其次是对效益、株高和茎粗的影响,相关系数R2都达到了0.8以上。Carbon dioxide is not enough in greenhouse. After monitored in Yunnan greenhouse, carbon dioxide highest concentration is 414μL/L, the least concentration is 240μL/L. It's concentration is significant compared with the outsides'. After applied different concentration carbon dioxide, the plant's height, stem diameter, net weight and economic benefit of western celery can be improved 14.1%, 12.9% ,35.9%, 35.4%. Watersolubility sugar can be increased 12.0%, cellulose can be decreased 8.3%. After the interrelation between carbon dioxide concentration and some factors of western celery. the result shows that the interrelation between carbon dioxide concentration and plant weight, yield is most evident, the interrelation between carbon dioxide concentration and the economic benefit ,plant height, stem diameter is more evident.
