摘　　要：2000年以来,在国际国内诸多因素的影响下,台商对中国大陆的投资快速扩张,呈现出规模大型化与层次高级化的趋势。目前,祖国大陆已成为台湾最大的对外投资地区,台商在中国大陆的发展已进入本土化经营的高级阶段。台商对大陆投资已成为推动两岸经贸关系发展的主要因素,取代两岸贸易成为两岸经济合作的主流。两岸投资关系的新发展符合世界经济发展潮流,反映了两岸经济融合的强劲趋势。Progress has been made in investment relations between the Chinese mainland (CM) and Taiwan against the background of complex international and domestic factors since 2000. Taiwan Residents investment in CM and has increased rapidly, and in scales and levels as well. Today CM has become the biggest area of investment for Taiwan Residents businesses, which have entered into the advanced stage of localized operation. Taiwan Residents investment in CM has become the key impetus for the development of cross-strait economic relation, and has taken the place of cross-strait trade to be the mainstream of economic cooperation between CM and Taiwan. The new development of investment relations fits in with the general trend of world economic development and reflects a strong trend of economic fusion of CM and Taiwan.
