单缸直喷柴油机燃烧LPG的改装设计及燃烧过程研究

摘　　要：针对中国单缸柴油机使用广泛和国家对内河江湖等水质污染治理要求,以ZS1100直喷柴油机为基础,通过优选燃料供给系统的LPG与空气混合器参数,燃烧系统设计参数和点火系统点火能量、点火提前角优化控制等技术措施,在不改变原柴油机螺旋进气道等零部件结构的情况下,开发了1100单缸LPG发动机。性能试验和燃烧过程分析表明:单缸LPG发动机综合性能优良,可代替单缸柴油机作为湖泊旅游船机、内河与湖泊作业、运输船舶的配套动力,可减少柴油机在使用维修保养过程中燃油滴漏对水质的污染,且发动机噪声降低、黑烟排放减少,改善了人们的工作条件。作为水上作业的动力,LPG发动机是一种绿色环保型的动力装置。Single-cylinder diesel engine is widely used in China and the Chinese government has paid much attention to the water pollution of the rivers and lakes. Under this condition, from optimizing the parameters of the mixture chamber of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG) delivery system, designing the parameters of the combustion system, controlling the spark energy and ignition advanced angle, a single-cylinder and spark ignition LPG engine based on the ZS1100 Direct Injection(D.I). Diesel engine without modifying the key components of the ZS1100 D.I. Diesel engine such as the helical duct was designed. Performance tests and combustion process analysis indicate that single cylinder LPG engine acquires the fine integrated performance. It can replace the single cylinder Diesel engine as the power equipment applied to the transport ships and the sight seeing ships. Using LPG engine can reduce water pollution, noise and smoke emission and can improve the people's working environment, therefore LPG engine is a green and environment ally-friendly power equipment.
