摘　　要：探讨在土地利用总体规划编制中涉及与城市总体规划及专项规划的协调,规划编制方法、规划数据的准确性和耕地总量动态平衡等方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决途径。This paper discusses problems in the integrated planning of land use,including the coordination with the comprehensive planning of the city as well as special projects, methods of the planning, the accuracy of data, and dynamic balance of total farmland, and puts forward corresponding methods for the solution of the problems.
