四季桔早期落果生理原因初探

摘　　要：对四季桔幼果蛋白质和吲哚乙酸及吲哚乙酸氧化酶含量分析表明 ,在幼果发育过程中 ,吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性升高 ,引起吲哚乙酸含量下降 ,蛋白质等养分积累减少 ,可能是四季桔早期落果的生理原因之一。After measuring the contents of proteins, IAA and the activity of IAA oxidase in young fruit of Fortunella calamondin, it is found out that the cause of early physioligical fruit dropping may be the promotion of IAA oxidase which lead to the decrease of the contents of IAA and proteins during the growth of young fruit.
