摘　　要：本文对新近发现的太阳山金矿的主要地质特征进行了研究,认为它是一个典型的韧性剪切带型金矿;成矿地质特征与金山金矿相似。其直接控矿构造为北西走向的逆掩推覆韧脆性剪切带,成因类型属于与剪切带有关的变质热液型金矿床。This paper deals with the recently discovered Taiyangshan type gold deposit which occurs in a ductile shear zone withits metallo genic geologic features similar to those of the Jinshan gold deposit.The deposit is directly controlled by aNW-striking thrust nappe ductile-brittle shear zone.It is of metamorphic hydrothermal type related to the shear zone.
