摘　　要：土地开发整理规划及管理是土地开发整理项目的立项依据和实施保障 ,利用GIS技术建立土地开发整理规划管理信息系统对提高规划的质量、效率和辅助日常管理具有重要意义。本文对基于ArcViewGIS 8.2平台的系统业务流程、功能设计、网上发布等进行了分析探讨 ,并以山东省龙口市的土地开发整理规划及管理工作为例进行了系统的开发实践。Land arrangement and reclaim planning and management is the dependence of the Land arrangement and reclaim projeet. Land arrangement and reclaim planning management information system can help manager the planning scientifically and effectively .Base on the support of GIS, the planning management information system was lesigned.Users can finish searching, analyzing, controlling , statistics, and printing,which are the common need during the management of land arrangement and reclaim planning. And some information users can search on internet.
