摘  要:通过结缕草地下休眠茎的离体培养,研究赤霉素(GA3)、6 苄氨基嘌呤(6 BA)、萘乙酸(NAA)3种植物生长调节剂对打破结缕草地下茎休眠的效应。结果显示,6 BA和GA3均能显著促进结缕草地下休眠茎上芽的萌发;6 BA能促进芽中幼叶的分化和生长,增加芽上的绿叶数,其综合效应在3种处理浓度之间没有显著的差异;GA3能显著促进芽的伸长,但芽上的绿叶数却并不增加,以10和100mg/L的处理效应较好;中、低浓度的NAA(10、1mg/L)处理对打破休眠芽显示了一定的正效应,但高浓度(100mg/L)则显示了较强的抑制效应;NAA对结缕草地下休眠茎节上不定根的发生无任何诱导作用。结缕草地下休眠茎的萌发可能受赤霉素和细胞分裂素的协同调控。In this paper, the abilities of three kinds of plant growth regulators (GA3, 6-BA, and NAA) to break the dormancy of Zoysia matrella underground stems in in vitro culture were studied. Both 6-BA and GA3 could significantly promote germination of dormant buds, but the pathways were different. 6-BA promoted the differentiation and growth of young leaves in the buds resulting in more green leaves per bud. There was no significant difference among three 6-BA treatments of different concentrations for overall affects. GA3 significantly promoted bud elongation with affects quite good for 10 and 100 mg/L treatments, but there was no increase in the number of green leaves per bud. Low and medium concentrations of NAA (1 and 10 mg/L) showed definite positive effects in breaking the dormancy of buds, but a high concentration (100 mg/L) showed quite a strong inhibition effect. NAA did not show any effects on root development. The research shows that the sprouting of underground dormant stems of Z. matrella may be subject to the joint regulation and control of gibberellins and cytokinins.
