摘　　要：概述德国铁路调度指挥中心的结构及主要功能。德国铁路设置1个中央调度指挥中心和按区域划分的7个调度指挥分中心。调度指挥中心按工作进程分为4个级别。调度指挥系统具有运输指挥、自动冲突解决、自动调度、信息服务等功能。目前在使用的是旧有调度系统,新系统正在建设中。法兰克福调度指挥分中心是一个涵盖铁路、轻轨铁路和地铁的综合运输指挥中心。This paper gives a brief account of the German railway traffic control center and its main functions. The German railway has one general traffic control center and 7 traffic control sub-centers. These traffic (control) centers are classified into four levels in accordance with their work process. A traffic control center has functions of transport control, automatic solution to conflicts, automatic dispatch, and information service. At present, the system in use is the old system while a new system is under construction. Frankfurt Traffic Control Sub-center is a center endowed with comprehensive transport control functions, including controlling traffic of railways, mass transit and underground railways.
