摘  要:本文提出了基于遗传算法的板翅式换热器优化设计方法,该方法不仅能够实现一般的结构优化,而且能够在提供多种类型翅片的情况下,进行翅片类型的优选。根据不同的设计要求,遗传算法能够分别以重量和效率为目标函数进行优化。为了方便翅片类型的优选,建立了一个常用翅片的数据库,库中包含了翅片的几何参数、传热特性和阻力特性,可直接应用于计算机程序的处理。与传统的优化计算结果比较,换热器的重量和体积都有不同程度的减小。本文的优化软件和翅片数据库具有通用性,可应用于一般板翅式换热器的优化设计。A method of optimum design for a plate-fin heat exchanger based on genetic algorithm (GA) is put forward. Not only the structure of a heat exchanger can be optimized by this method, but also the optimal type selection of fins can be obtained in the case of many types of fins. For different requirements of design, weight or effectiveness of a heat exchanger can be taken as an object function respectively by GA. A database of fins has been set up for selecting the optimal type of fins easily, which includes the geometrical parameters, heat transfer factors and friction factors of fins. These parameters can be directly applied to computer programs. Compared with the conventional optimization results, it is shown that the weight and volume of heat exchanger optimized are both reduced. The optimizing computer software and the database of fins are universal and can be used for general optimum design of heat exchangers.
