摘　　要：目的观察蘑菇伞封堵器封堵动脉导管未闭(PDA)后心脏内分泌功能的改变.方法对33例单纯PDA患儿应用蘑菇伞封堵器封堵前、封堵后1～2天和封堵后4～6周分别进行血浆心钠素(ANP)、心指数(CI)和钠排泄分数(FENa%)测定分析.结果33例患儿封堵前血浆心钠素明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.05),封堵后1～2天血浆心钠素又有增高且明显高于封堵前和正常对照组(P＜0.05).心指数在封堵前明显低于正常对照组和封堵后4～6周(P＜0.05).钠排泄在封堵后1～2天明显增加(P＜0.05).血浆心钠素、心指数和钠排泄分数在封堵后4～6周与正常对照组比较差别无显著意义(P＞0.05).结论蘑菇伞封堵器封堵PDA不会改变心脏内分泌活动,相反通过纠正异常通道,使心脏内分泌活动恢复正常.Objective To observe cardiac endocrinology changes in the PDA patients treated by transcatheter closure of Amplatzer occluders. Methods 33 PDA patients underwent the measurements of the plasma natriurtic polypetide(pANP) , cardiac index (IC) and fraction execretion natrium(FENa%) in different phase of the treatment by using the transcatheter closure of Amplatzer occluders (before , post 1-2 day and 4 - 6 weeks). Results The level of pANP in 33 PDA patients before the transcatheter closure were significantly higher than the normal (P< 0.05).After the transcatheter closure 1-2 days the level of pANP got even more higher than the former and the normal (P< 0.05).The level of CI were significantly lower.The fraction execretion natrium(FENa%) jumped higher after the transcatheter closure 1-2 days,and went down to normal within 4-6 weeks. All the pANPIC and execretion natrium got normal after transcatheter closure 4 - 6 weeks. Conclusion The Amplatzer occluder will not change the cardiac endocrinology, on the contrary, it can correct the abnormality of the heart .
