摘　　要：本文设计了城市环境信息系统 (CEIS)数据库 ,并探讨了该数据库的三范式问题 ,最后提出了数据库函数依赖的最小覆盖 ,解决了数据库的冗余问题。The database of city environmental information System (CEIS) has been designed. The problems of 3 normal forms (3NF) with database have been discussed firstly. And then the minimal cover of function relay of database has been put forward in order to resolve the problem of redundancies with database.
