摘　　要：本文提出了一种采用 PC机、图像卡、视频切换矩阵及相应的网络技术构建视频监控网络系统的方案 ,并利用 IP组播技术实现视频监控网络通信。利用 Visual C+ + 中的多线程设计思想和 Win Sock套接字 ,实现网络通信软件的设计。This paper design the video supervise and Control system by using the computer and the image _card and the video swich and network technology.Implemented the video supervise and control network communication based on IP multicast.Designed and implemented the network communication software by using the multi-thread design and winsoke of visual C ++ .
