摘　　要：本文在简单分析 ISD40 0 4单片语音芯片工作原理的基础上 ,重点介绍了用单片机系统实现非定长分段语音录制和随机组合放音技术 ,给出了硬件设计方案和软件流程图 ,并总结了在设计开发过程中的注意事项。After simply analyzing ISD4004's working principle, demonstrate a design of singlechip system to implement the technology of variably length and subsection voice recording and random assembled playing back. The scheme of hardware design and the flow chat of software design are provided, as well as something should be attention.
