摘　　要：简要介绍了IP多播技术,给出了用IP多播技术测试在Internet网上传输视频的质量的方案,并用VisualC++6.0和WinSock实现。This paper introduces IP multicast technology in brief, and gives the project of testing the quality of video transmission on Internet with IP multicast technology, and implements it with Visual C + + 6.0 and WinSock.
