摘　　要：介绍了神头第二发电厂 2× 5 0 0MW机组空气预热器为减小漏风 ,提高设备的安全性、经济性而进行的两次改造情况 ,其中包括转子中心重新定位、下部扇形板调整以及环向密封改造。运行结果表明 ,改造后的空气预热器运行平稳 ,电流基本保持在 5A左右 ,漏风率降到 7.6 %以下 。The second retrofitting scheme of air preheater for 2×500MW units in Shentou Power Plant No.2 to decrease air leakage factor, as well as to enhance the safety and economic behavior of said equipment has been presented, including relocation of the rotor centre, adjustment of the lower segmental plate, and improvement of the annular sealing. Results of operation show that the predicted effectiveness has been obtained after said retrofitting.
