血清中维生素A和E的含量及相互关系的探讨

摘　　要：采用Hansen氏荧光法测定了170名高级职称人员血清中维生素A和E的含量,发现血清中维生素A的水平随着维生素E含量的增长而增长,呈明显的正相关。血清中维生素A的水平((?)±SD)2.39±0.66iu/ml,正常范围1.10—3.68iu/ml。维生素E的水平为15.2±5.3μg/ml,正常范围5—25μg/ml,男性低于女性,有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。The contents of serum vitamin A and E in 170 highranking intelligentsia were determined with the fluormetric method of Hansen. The content vc.rled with sex and that of one vitamin increased with that of the other, i, e. they had positive correlation with each other, The level of vitamin A in serum ( x±SD ) was 2.39 ±0.66iu/ml with normal range of 1.10-3.63iu/ml. the level of vitamin E was 15.2 ±5.3μg/ml with a normal range of 5-25μg/ml. It was lower in males than in femaels and the difference was very significant (P<0.01 ) .
