摘 要:取自马钢CSP试验的数据,研究了钙处理低碳铝镇静钢从LF精炼终点,直至板坯钢中TO的变化情况,根据理论分析与数理统计,开发出LF精炼终点与板坯全氧含量的快速预报方法.LF精炼终点实际测量值与预报值的TO偏差小于5ppm,能及时指导现场生产,正确控制钢中TO。兼论了水口蓄流问题,理论与试验都表明当[Ca]/[Al]s≤0.08时,水口易蓄流,当[Ca]/[Al]s≥0.09时,基本不蓄流。The data come form MASteel CSP test in this paper, the change of total oxygen from the end of LF refining to slab was studied for calcium treatment low carbon aluminium killed steel. It is showed by theoretical analysis and mathematical statistics that a method to forecast slab total oxygen was developed according to the end of LF refining, the deviation of actual measuring at end of LF refining and forecasting Value is less than 5ppm, the method can guide production and control total oxygen content. This paper also discusses the problem about nozzle blocking, theory and test showed that it is easy nozzle blocking as [Ca]/ [Al]s≤0.08 and not nozzle blocking as [Ca]/[ Al]6 ≤0.09.
