摘　　要：提出了一个用多输出四端浮地零器 (FourTerminalFloatingNullor,简称FTFN)实现的电流模式二阶多功能滤波器结构 ,该电路能同时实现低通、高通、带通、陷波电流转移函数。固有频率ω0 和品质因素Q能实现正交调节 ,且具有很低的无源和有源灵敏度。PSPICE仿真结果证实了此二阶多功能滤波器的可行性。A configuration for realizing current-mode second-order multifunctional filter using four-terminal floating nullor(FTFN)is presented.The circuit can simultaneously realize the lowpass,highpass,bandpass,notch current transfer funcˉtions from the same configuration.Orthogonal control with the natural angular frequencyω 0 and the quality factor Q has very lowpassive and active sensitivities.PSPICE simulation results are employed to verify the circuit performance.
