摘　　要：针对我国电力系统自动化的现状 ,提出了一种新型高效的系统管理模式———电力监测和能量管理相结合的系统。分析了该系统的功能 ,并对部分模块的算法和功能实现进行了深入探讨 ,根据用户的不同实际需求 ,结合计算机软件系统的发展现状 ,在实时监测、网络拓扑结构和数据整合方面提出了一些新的系统模式。Aimed at the current automation in electric power system (EMS) circumstance, an efficient management mode that combines the electric power monitoring (EPM) with the energy management is presented. A detailed analysis for the functions of EPM and EMS software is presented, the algorithm and function realization of the modules are discussed. Some new modes in real time monitoring, network topology structure and data conformity are put forward.
