变电站远程数字视频监控技术的应用

摘　　要：随着变电站逐步实现无人值班或值守,常规意义上的变电站计算机监控系统已不能满足要求。分析了变电站远程数字视频监控技术的发展现状和特点。介绍了在上海某110kV变电站实现的远程数字视频监控系统,不探讨了变电站远程数字视频监控技术在上海电网应用的若干问题,包括在上海220kV变电站应用的具体模式。Since unattended substations will gradually replace the existing old stations, the traditional computer monitoring system can no longer meet the requirements of the unattended substations and the remote-viewing system will be more and more applied subsequently. The development and feature of remote digital video monitoring technology for substation were analyzed and the security of a 110 kV substation which has already realized remote digital video monitoring was analyzed. The problems in application of remote digital video monitoring technology in Shanghai Electric Power Grid were discussed, as well as the detailed application mode of this technology in 220 kV substations in Shanghai area.
