摘　　要：雁木西油田地层含多段盐膏层,给固井带来诸多难题,为此吐哈油田开发出了BXF-200L抗盐水泥浆体系。该体系具有低滤失、抗盐性好、稠化和凝结时间短、稠化时间可调节范围大、与早强剂等外加剂配伍性好、流变性好、易达到紊流顶替、浆体稳定和强度高等特点。现场应用证明,该水泥浆体系既保证了盐膏层固井的施工安全,又提高了固井质量,特别是解决了第二界面的固井质量问题,为该油田的持续改造奠定了良好的基础。Because Yanmuxi Oilfield contains multi-segment salt-gypsum formations, which bring much more challenges to cementing operations, therefore, the BXF-200L salt-resisting slurry system was developed. There are many good peculiarity about BXF-200L anti-salt slurry system, such as low water loss and anti-salt, short thickening and setting time, wide adjust range and little dosage infection of thickening time, and good compatibility with external additive (early strength additive. ect. ) , good rheological characteristics and ease reach eddying flow of slurry, slurry body stability and high intensity. By applying BXF-200L, it pledge the safety of cementing in salt-gypsum formations as well as improve cementing quality, especially the quality of the second interface, it also lay solid foundations for the continuous development of the oilfield.
