摘　　要：随着水平井在高产天然气藏开发中的应用增加,钻井过程中防止井喷变得非常重要。对高产气藏水平井钻井过程中发生井喷的潜在可能性进行了分析研究,认为井底压力大于地层压力情况下的气侵是诱发井喷的重要因素,这为将来推广应用水平井钻井技术开发高产气藏提供了有关井控方面的理论依据。It is important to prevent blowout during drilling as more and more horizontal wells are applied in the development of gas reservoirs with high productivity. The possibility of blowout during horizontal drilling in gas reservoirs with high productivity has been researched in order to provide theoretical support in the aspect of well control, which popularized horizontal drilling technologies in gas reservoirs with high productivity
