摘  要:针对由空载和轻载线路恢复所引起的过电压问题,文中提出了基于灵敏度分析的确定最有效控制变量及其调节量的方法,引入了有效因子的概念,既考虑了控制变量的电压灵敏度,又综合考虑了设备本身和运行条件的约束及当前状态的调节裕度,确保控制过程中不会产生新的电压越限,通过由该方法确定的有效控制变量对过电压进行了校正,从而使所需的操作数目最少。对IEEE10机39节点测试系统的计算结果表明了该方法的有效性。As to the overvoltage caused by restoration of unloaded or lightly loaded transmission lines, a sensitivity analysis based method to determine the most efficient control variables to correct the voltage violation and their adjusting quantities is proposed. In this method the concept of efficiency coefficient (EC) is defined in which not only the voltage sensitivity of control variable is considered, but also the restraints of the equipments themselves and operating condition as well as the adjustment allowance of current situation are comprehensively considered. Therefore, it can be ensured that no new voltage violation will occur during the control process. By means of the effective control variables, the overvoltage is corrected. thereby, the minimum shifts are needed for the control of overvoltages. The proposed method is verified by IEEE 10-machine and 39- bus testing system, the obtained results show that this method is effective.
