摘 要:以国产碱性蛋白酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶为对象,研究了3种酶共存时蛋白酶对脂肪酶和纤维素酶活力的影响。结果表明,在实际洗涤液浓度下蛋白酶对脂肪酶和纤维素酶的活力并无明显负面影响。研究了3种酶在各种复合状态下的去污性能及其协同作用,结果显示上述3种酶的任何2种酶复合时均具有一定的协同效应,尤其是蛋白酶与脂肪酶或纤维素酶复合能获得显著的协同效应。蛋白酶与脂肪酶或纤维素酶复配能使去污力相对提高50%以上。采用响应面分析法对蛋白酶/脂肪酶/纤维素酶三元复合酶的协同效应进行了优化,获得了其回归方程和最优组成。The effect of alkaline protease on the activities of lipase and cellulase in detergent solution was investigated in the paper based on the above-mentioned three kinds of domestically produced enzyme.The synergism of these three kinds of enzymes in detergency was also studied when they were used simultaneously in detergents.The regressive equation in synergism and the optimal proportion of these three alkaline enzymes for laundry purposes were obtained by use of orthogonal test design and the Response Surface Analysis(RSA) .The results showed that the adverse effect of protease to the activity of lipase or cellulase is very weak and can be ignored in actual concentrations of laundry detergents.It was proved by the experiment,that the more effectiveness in detergency can be seen when two kinds of enzymes were applied in a detergent,especially in case of protease /lipase blend,or protease/cellulase blend.Synergism of the enzyme blends can enhance the detergency as (50 %) more than that of single enzyme.
