摘　　要：简单概述了牛油果脂的来源、组成和特性;主要介绍了牛油果脂在化妆品中的应用,它可以作为基质用于护肤霜、防晒乳液、发用制品以及一些具有特殊用途的化妆品中,起到美容与保健双重效果。同时介绍了牛油果脂在化妆品及食品行业中的应用前景。The occurrence,composition and properties of shea butter were introduced and highlighted on its application in cosmetics.It can be used as matrix in skin-care cream,sun-screening lotion,hair-care products and some speciality cosmetics and acts as a role for both skin-care and make-up purposes.The market prospect of shea butter in cosmetic (industry) as well as food processing industry was briefed.
