摘　　要：对NMP装置溶剂消耗进行分析,找出消耗大的原因,通过采取降低溶剂回收温度、改进氮气密封和溶剂国产化等措施,取得了显著效果,溶剂单耗由0.48kg/t降至0.26kg/t,达到国际同类装置先进水平,装置能耗由36.48kgEO/t降至32.17kgEO/t,取得较好的企业效益和社会效益。The reasons of solvent consumption are found out through the analysis on the solvent consumption of NMP solvent refining unit.Some measures are taken such as lowering the temperature of solvent recovery,improving the nitrogen-sealed and using the domestic solvents and so on,with the prominent effects.The solvent consumption is reduced from 0.48 kg/t to 0.26 kg/t,and the energy consumption is lowered from 36.48 kgEO/t to 32.17 kgEO/t,the same as the advanced level of international congeneric units.As a result,the good enterprise and society benefits are achieved.
