毛细管气相色谱法测定甲基丙烯酸酯

摘　　要：应用毛细管气相色谱法对甲基丙烯酸长链烷基酯(十二、十四、十六、十八)进行定量分析。采用OV-1701毛细管柱(25m×0.33mm),FID检测器,以十二醇做内标物,测得十二醇、十四醇、十六醇、十八醇和甲基丙烯酸十二酯、十四酯、十六酯、十八酯的浓度与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,日间及日内精密度(RSD)均在0.25%～9.57%之间,8种物质平均回收率均在97.6%～104.0%之间。The alkyl methacrylates is analyzed quantitatively with the glass capillary gas chromatography.Taking the dodecyl alcohol as the internal standard,with the OV-1701 glass capillary column(25m×0.33mm) and the flame ignition detector(FID),the concentrations of dodecyl alcohol,tetradecyl alcohol,hexadecyl alcohol, octadecyl alcohol and dodecyl acrylate, tetradecyl acrylate, hexadecyl acrylate, octadecyl acrylate present good linear relation with their areas of peak. All the RSDs determined in the daytime and in a few days are between 0.25% and 9.57%.The average recovery rates of eight substances are between 97.6% and 104.0%.
