摘　　要：总结了神头第一发电厂捷制 2 0 0MW机组在投产以来检修维护工作中对高压加热器外置式疏水冷却器管板、过热段法兰的改造 ,治理高压加热器壳体法兰焊接垫泄漏 ,本体螺旋管的查漏、补焊方法 ,给水 pH值的调整等。提出了正常运行要作好的工作。This article briefly analyzes and summarizes the works needed to be done well from several sectors on the renovation of drainage cooler tube plate arranged outside the super heater and the flange of super heating section, on maintaining the welding spacer leakage of HP heater flange, on the leakage check and additional welding of HP heater proper spiral pipe, on the influence from the feed water PH value upon the HP heater, and on how to put the HP heater out of service and treat the leakage of the welding spacer, and resume the normal operation of the unit in the course of maintaining and repairing the 200MW unit made in Czech.
