肿节风注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肿节风治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:150例支气管肺炎患儿随机分成肿节风治疗组和利巴韦林对照组,观察临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率分别为88%和86%,比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组吼喘消失时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部体征恢复时间均较对照组短,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:肿节风注射液是治疗小儿呼吸道感染的有效而安全的药物。Objective: To compare medicinal effect of Zhongjiefeng injection with that of ribavirin in treatment of acute pneumonia of children. Methods: 150 cases of children with acute pneumonia were divided into two groups at random. And the treatment group were treated with Zhongjiefeng injection and control group with ribavirin. Both group were given with cefazolin and amoxicillin sodium for injection. Results: The overall efficacy rate of the treatment group and control group were 88% and 86% respectively, no significant differences being noted between the two (P > 0.05). But as to the improving rates of main clinical symptoms and body signs, the treatment group had more excellent response than the other (P < 0.05). And no adverse reaction was found. Conclusion: Zhongjiefeng injection is effective and safe in treating acute pneumonia of children.
