摘　　要：黄河万家寨水利枢纽工程实行总监理工程师负责制和监理内部的统一管理 ,为了圆满完成监理任务 ,建设监理责任主体按照工程建设的进展需要适时地调整监理内部的组织机构形式 ,实行严格的建设监理工作制度 ,为万家寨工程建设取得成功做出了应有的贡献并且为今后的水利工程建设监理工作提出了有益的建议。The responsible system of general supervisor and the unifled management of supervision team was implemented during the Yellow River Wanjiazhai Water Control Project. ln order to complete satisfactorily the supervision job regarding the responsible party of construction supervision team buly adjusted organization form of the team according to the improvement of project construction and the strict working regulation of construction supervisors was implemented. All these made due contribution for the successful construction of Wanjiazhai project and gave useful suggestion for construction supervision work of future water resources project.
