摘　　要：社区护理是随新医学模式的确立而在我国开始兴起的 ,其工作内容非常广泛 ,由于社区内居民的差异 ,社区护理的组织形式也往往不同 ,本文主要归纳了当今世界各国几种较为常见的社区护理组织形式以及我国现有的社区护理组织形式。Community nursing begins to arise in China along with the produce of new medical model.The work content of community nursing is very abroad,because the residents in community are different,the organization models of community nursing are also not the same.The article mainly summed up several kinds of community nursing models in the world and some community nursing models in modern China.
