摘　　要：介绍研制成功的A、B、C型BH常温快速染色剂.这些染色剂由氧化剂、成膜剂,渗透剂、促进剂及稳定剂组成,适用于铜及其合金的产品,尤其适用于拉链染色.染色液工作温度为20～40℃,染色时间1～3分钟.A型染色剂产生红古铜(咖啡)色,B型产生黑色,C型产生青古铜色.本文还介绍这类染色液使用寿命、染色膜耐磨性、耐腐蚀性的测试结果,阐述了各工艺条件的影响,不同基体的染色工艺、以及生产实践的结果.Three types of colouring agents composed of oxidizer, film-forming agent, permeate agent, accelerator and stabilizer were developed for colouring copper and brass produets especially for zippers. Colouring solutions containing anyone of the three agents, BH-A, -B, or-C, may work at 20～40℃ and produce coffee, black or antique bronze coloured film respectively after 1～3 minutes dipping. Corrosion resistance and abrasive resistance of the films obtained and life of the solutions were determined. Effects of the working conditions were described. Processes for different substrates and examples in productional practices were given.
