凯时联合甘草酸二铵治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝内淤胆的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨凯时联合甘草酸二铵注射液对慢性乙型肝炎肝内淤胆的治疗价值。方法 :65例慢性乙型肝炎肝内淤胆患者随机分为两组 ,对照组用甘草酸二铵注射液治疗 ,治疗组加用凯时 ,疗程一个月。治疗后两组患者的ALT、ALP、GGT、TBil、DBil血清水平进行比较。结果 :治疗后两组患者各项指标明显低于治疗前 (P<0.01或P<0.05) ,且治疗组的指标明显低于对照组 (P<0.01)。结论 :凯时联合甘草酸二铵注射液可有效治疗慢性乙型肝炎的肝内淤胆。Objective:To study the thrapeutic effects of combination therapy with liporostagladin E 1 (Lipo PGE 1 )and diammonium glyˉcyrrhizinate(DGL)for intrahepatic cholestasis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:Sixty-fife patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of chronic hepˉatitis were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Lipo PGE 1 and DGL for one month,the control group was treated with DGL.The serum levels of ALT,ALP,GGT,TBil and DBil in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,all the serum indexes in both groups were decreased significantly compared with those before treatment.(P<0.01or P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were decreased significantly than those in the control group(P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion:Combination therapy with Lipo PGE1and DGL can effectively treat the intrahepatic cholestasis of chronic hepatitis B.
